Hygiene is the maintenance of health and the prevention of disease. Hand hygiene is the practiced in at least 5 steps. First one must wet the hands with water, second apply soap to the hands, third lather well, fourth rub the hands, palm to palm, for 20 seconds or more, fifth rinse well. The parts of the hand that are most often missed when performing hand hygiene are the fingertips, places in between the fingers and behind the thumb. When washing the hands antibacterial soap is often not necessary to kill the corona virus as it stands regular soap can be just as effective as antibacterial soap.
Has anything changed?
In my opinion nothing has changed as how often we clean our hands. as long as people wash there hands when necessary they are doing what they can. Washing hands all the time may cause rashes to the skin. As long as my hands and face are clean I don't care how many times I touch my face, this is something I don't try avoiding. I wash my hands as often as the next person should, I don't sing happy birth day while I wash my hands as long as I wash my hands where I should my hands will be clean. I'm always care about what I touch in public just like everyone should.
